Located in Richmond Hill, I specialise in luxury e-file dry manicures, gel polish manicures, BIAB overlays, Gel-X extensions and minimalist nail art with precision and intention. Every service is performed using carefully selected premium professional products, meticulous prep techniques and industry-leading hygiene standards to ensure safe, beautiful and long-lasting results. 03Studio Policies
Good to know.
Appointments
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. The full service fee may still apply.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Following a late cancellation or no-show, a non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments.
Nail Art
If booking a nail art, please send your inspiration photos at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can prepare for your service.
Gel Removal
Please book gel or Gel-X removal when scheduling your appointment.
Removal of another technician's work must be discussed before booking and may require additional time.
Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of all clients, service may be refused if you arrive with symptoms of a contagious illness.
2-Week Wear Guarantee
Your manicure is backed by a 2-week wear guarantee. If you experience lifting, chipping or peeling due to product application within 14 days, please contact me within that period and I'll repair it at no charge.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Broken nails caused by impact or accidents
- Picking, biting or improper aftercare
- Damage caused by using nails as tools
